This another full sized keyboard by Daskeyboard, I'm not quite sure why it exists as it may cannibalize sales of the Daskeyboard 4 Professional . A mac versions exists but the FN key is located on a weird spot for mac users. Unlike on a typical Mac keyboard or the Macbook Pro laptop keyboard, the FN key on Daskeyboard products is located on the RIGHT hand side of the space-bar. This key should be on the LEFT hand side of the space-bar, like it is on Mac keyboard. Some users reported a mushy space bar. Like all Daskeyboard products it comes with a stupid ruler your supposed to place under the keyboard to make it higher, yes really

Pros:

  • Cool blank key-caps can come by default (but you can easily put them on most other keyboards)

Cons:

  • Glossy which attracts fingerprints
  • Mac version has a strange location for the FN key
  • No volume wheel unlike the pro 4
  • Stupid ruler on the back of the keyboard don't raise the keyboard high enough

Additional Comments:

  • Daskeyboard also makes the Q5 which is a cloud connected keyboard the can change a key's LED backlight color if you get a new tweet or if your personal photos get leaked. Because everything needs to be connected to the cloud and IOT (internet of things)!
  • I'd seriously consider getting the Daskeyboard Professional 4 instead.
  • Instead of the windows key you get a weird symbol on the super key.
